This celebrated estate has recently been taken over by Oliver and Tamara Janser and their son Maximilian, who bring their international professional experiences in the peacebuilding and security reform sectors and their global sense of adventure to a new venture in agritourism, olive production, and winemaking. Oliver is from Bavaria (Allgäu), Tamara hails from northern California (Sonoma and Tuolumne Counties), while Maximilian – a dual American-German national – has lived in seven countries in his young life! Together, they are enthusiastic mountain bikers, hikers, snowboarders, and scuba divers, and Max is a passionate skateboarder, adding a dynamic spirit to their undertaking in southern Tuscany.
